All shipping and handling will be calculated by weight at check-out!

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return for in-store credit. All returns will be exchanged for in-store credit, unless the item is defective.  

*Once your refund is complete a code will be emailed to you for access to your in-store credit. You're in-store credit (code) is valid for 60 days. 
*Discounted items will not be accepted as a return!

*To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Unworn or unused with tags still on. (makeup or deodorant stains, etc. will not be accepted as a return). Shoe boxes are an important part of product presentation and must be returned undamaged. (do not use the shoe box as a shipping container). You will also have to have proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at westernlavishboutique@yahoo.com. If your return is accepted, we will then send instructions on how and where to send your package. You are responsible for the cost of shipping your return. please make sure to use a tracking service when shipping back a return. We are not responsible for lost packages when shipping back a return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. ***store credit will be issued to the customers by a code. Credit is valid for 60 days. Please be sure to have an account created on our site to make the process fast & easy.  orders over $100.00 have a lower rate for shipping within the U.S. International does not qualify for discounted shipping. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you received your order and there is an item missing or you received the incorrect item, you must inform us within 4 days of receiving your order. 
Non-returnable items:
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like undergarments such as bralettes, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please contact us if you have questions or concerns regarding your specific purchase.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want in exchange, is to return the item no longer needed. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item using your online store credit.
